PAUL MASEK

Proprietor

With design and engineering in his blood, Paul is the cool, calm and collected proprietor of Redbrook Kitchens. A third generation craftsman, his passion and enthusiasm spills over into every aspect of the business. When he's not dreaming up new designs or showing clients around the showroom, you'll find him patiently sitting by a Scottish Loch waiting to reel in a Pike or two.

Paul Haslett

Designer and general Manager

Despite living in the Cotswolds for the last 15 years Paul still has retained his Irish accent and sense of humour, so much so he is commonly called Paddy.

With a passion for kitchen and interior design, bordering upon an obsession that has been further fuelled by his attendance of the FDA Kitchen Design degree in the Buckinghamshire New University.

Paul is helped by the trainee designer Bethany, his 9 year old daughter.

Ashleigh Welch

Designer

With a natural flair for creativity and design, let Ashleigh help guide you through the many styles and colours of tiles for your home.

Her bathroom and kitchen designs are breath-takingly realistic, thanks to her brilliant Auto-CAD skills.

Ashleigh is a keen gardener and enjoys crafting, fashion and upcycling in her spare time.

Jason Mahon

With over 25 years of experience working for Redbrook Kitchens ever since he was an apprentice and has become the heart of the company. Jason is a master bench joiner and kitchen fitter.
The designers work closely with the clients and once the designs has been finalised, Jason brings the drawings to life.
